JG Vertical was engaged to deliver specialist rope access and high-rise painting works at Bay Street, Ultimo. The project involved the application of external facade coatings to a multi-storey commercial building within a dense urban environment. Working at height in a live city location required careful planning, efficient access systems, and minimal disruption to surrounding tenants and public areas. Our rope access team delivered a safe and controlled solution to complete the works efficiently and to a high-quality finish.

Scope of Work

Pre-inspection site meetings with the client and project stakeholders
