Working alongside DOMA and BLOC Constructions, our team provided specialist rope access, rigging and facade support services across multiple stages of the project. With up to 10 technicians on site daily, works were completed efficiently to help maintain program timelines and project milestones.”

Scope of Work

Supply of trade-qualified rope access technicians and riggers

Planning and coordination of facade and installation works

Implementation of rope access systems across multiple building elevations

Installation support for facade trades and curtain wall systems

Rigging, lifting and installation of replacement glass facade panels

Workforce management and staged labour coordination to meet deadlines

JG Completed the Following

Completed caulking works to precast joints across the car park and bus interchange stages.

Supplied and installed temporary static lines for facade trades during curtain wall installation.

Assisted with various facade and curtain wall installations throughout the project.

Installed over 300 sunshades across the northern elevation of the building.

Rigged, lifted and installed over 100 replacement DGU glass facade panels.

Managed multiple rope access teams on site to maintain workflow efficiency and project milestones.

Completed the full facade builders wash down and final detailing works to achieve handover standard finishes.
