JG Vertical was engaged by The Foundry Liverpool to complete specialised facade enhancement and remedial works across the external precast structure. Using advanced rope access techniques, our team delivered efficient, non-invasive solutions to improve the building’s appearance, complete remedial detailing and provide long-term facade protection.

Carried out minor concrete patching and facade preparation works.

Painted external window surrounds and facade detailing elements.

Applied ECOTONE Minsil protective colour finish to external precast surfaces via rope access.

Completed colour matching solutions to improve the appearance of exposed concrete facades.

Completed caulking of external brick facade components and precast joints.

Delivered all works safely and efficiently with minimal disruption to the surrounding environment.

Achieved a high-quality facade finish that enhanced the overall presentation of the development.
